Start with the basic dimensions of the space: length, width, height, and the area that needs to be covered. Include site photos when possible. Photos show access, surrounding structures, roof height, and other conditions that affect the quote.

Describe the intended use. For a sunroom, pool enclosure, retractable roof, or glass dome, tell us whether the space is residential or commercial, how often it will be opened or closed, and what you want the finished space to feel like.

Add your location and local climate. This helps us identify the project-specific engineering questions and the delivery route. If you already know local requirements or permit rules, include them in the inquiry.

Confirm your preferred features: panel material, drive type, doors and windows, colors, and any special configurations. If you have a budget range and target timeline, include those as well.
